This is a vintage booster license plate frame that is in good/fair displayable condition
.
Frame is made of metal. Plate frame is bent outwards a bit at the
bottom
on the letter "U".
All plates are shipped in our proprietary, specialized license plate mailers.  We call them "plate vaults."  We encourage you to reuse/recycle these packages and utilize them when mailing license plates to fellow collectors.
